Yes. Both cover the seven reference greenhouse gases: the six gases of the Kyoto Protocol (CO₂, CH₄, N₂O, SF₆, HFC, PFC) plus NF₃, which was added later. Everything is converted into CO2 equivalent using the global warming potentials published by the IPCC (AR6 since 2023). The idea that Bilan Carbone® counts only CO2 comes from its name and does not reflect any methodological limitation.
