What is Diag Décarbon'Action?

Diag Décarbon'Action is a Bpifrance and ADEME programme. It funds a first greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions assessment covering the 3 scopes and an action plan, delivered by an approved expert, for companies with fewer than 500 employees.

Our services

Support from measurement to initial actions

Diag Décarbon'Action combines an emissions assessment and an action plan. We help you examine the programme's conditions and organise the process with your teams.

    Preparing the application

    We examine your company information and any previous assessments to prepare the application. Eligibility and the award of support are confirmed by Bpifrance.

  2. 2

    Company emissions assessment

    We organise data collection with internal leads, carry out calculations and present the main emission categories. Data and assumptions are documented in the engagement materials.

  3. 3

    Action plan with the teams

    We work on reduction measures suited to the activity and prepare initial actions. The presentation enables discussion of their priority, the people involved and monitoring arrangements.

How a project unfolds

  1. Scope the assessment

    We define your company scope, expectations and the programme arrangements to examine for your project.

  2. Carry out the emissions assessment

    We support data collection and assess activity emissions using documented data and factors.

  3. Build the action plan

    We work with your teams on reduction measures, priorities and implementation conditions.

  4. Prepare participation

    We present the assessment and action plan, with the information needed to put them into practice and monitor them.

The questions we are most often asked before starting a project.

Not necessarily. Bpifrance's current conditions concern, among other things, recent assessment history, the company's situation and how long it has operated. We can help you prepare the information; Bpifrance confirms eligibility.
You can state a preferred provider in your application to Bpifrance. The selection of the expert and acceptance of the application then follow the programme's procedure.
The engagement requires contacts to gather data and participate in discussions on reduction actions. We organise this contribution with you, along with the evidence and approvals required for the application.
We prepare a proposal after an initial discussion. It sets out the scope, the data to gather, the deliverables and the stages of the engagement. The quotation reflects the work to undertake and how your teams are organised.
