No, labelling remains voluntary. If you communicate the environmental cost, however, you must follow the method set by the ministerial order of 6 September 2025, which Ecobalyse implements, and file your data on the official portal before any communication. Likewise, if you communicate another score covering one or more environmental impacts of your products, you must also display the official environmental cost alongside it.
