EPRO is the abbreviation for France's EPR scheme for professional packaging. It is used by ADEME on its scheme page and by most professionals, and it distinguishes the scheme from the older household packaging scheme. If a customer or a PRO talks to you about EPRO membership or an EPRO identifier, they are therefore referring to this scheme, and your unique identifier for professional packaging will be separate from the one for your household packaging.
