First, confirm that your pallet and film supplier is established in France and belongs to a PRO: ask it for proof of membership, then for its unique identifier as soon as it is issued. Second, confirm that you do not import any of these pallets or films yourself, in which case you become their producer. A pallet rented from a pool is in principle declared by the pool, which is approved as an individual compliance scheme.
