Governed by ISO 26000 (guidelines). 7 core subjects: governance, human rights, labour practices, environment, fair operating practices, consumers and communities. CSR is voluntary but its indicators feed increasing legal obligations (CSRD). Do not confuse it with CSRD (the EU sustainability reporting directive, which is ONE of CSR’s tools but does not encompass it).
