Between €3,000 and €10,000 excl. VAT for a simple regulatory RE2020 LCA, and €15,000 to €30,000 excl. VAT for a complete voluntary EN 15978 LCA (process building, BREEAM, overseas project). Eco-design advice at concept design costs €3,000 to €8,000 excl. VAT and often delivers greater returns. Bpifrance’s Diag Éco-conception does not fund a building LCA: it covers 60 to 70% of a product or service’s eco-design for companies with fewer than 250 employees, leaving €5,400 to €7,200 excl. VAT to pay.
