Not directly for a RE2020 calculation. An EPD published in another European database (IBU in Germany, EPD International, ECO Platform) may be technically compatible through EN 15804+A2, but it only enters the Ic Construction calculation after verification under the French protocol and submission to INIES as an FDES, or as a PEP for equipment. This process can take an additional 3 to 6 months: plan ahead for projects sourcing imported materials. Without a French declaration, the calculation switches to penalising default data.
