VAT package subsidised at 40%). The internal workload remains modest: in the case described, collection required around 3 working days on the company's side, spread over 4 weeks. The initial actions cost little; freight consolidation, for example, was negotiated without investment. Structural actions are costed case by case, with low-carbon steel costing 10 to 30% more than conventional steel.
