No: Diag Décarbon'Action funds a service delivered by an expert authorised by ADEME, Bpifrance and the Association pour la transition Bas Carbone; an assessment produced by your teams, alone or with software, is ineligible. The package is €10,000 excluding VAT, subsidised at 40%, leaving €6,000 excluding VAT in out-of-pocket costs. It is aimed at companies with fewer than 500 employees that have not carried out a GHG assessment in the past 5 years. For them, it generally costs less than the equivalent budget of an in-house assessment, estimated at €15,000 to €48,000.
