It is a public Bpifrance and ADEME programme funding an initial Bilan Carbone® carried out by a listed provider. The fixed fee is €10,000 excl. VAT, subsidised at 40%, leaving €6,000 excl. VAT payable, for 12 service days spread over a maximum of 10 months. The engagement delivers a complete Bilan Carbone® covering scopes 1, 2 and 3, a quantified, prioritised action plan, and a presentation to the executive committee. The programme is for companies with fewer than 500 employees, without a call for projects or panel: applications are made online in around thirty minutes.
