It starts by choosing a provider listed by Bpifrance and holding Bilan Carbone® certification, to be named when submitting the application. After a scoping call with this provider, the company completes the online form in around thirty minutes, then Bpifrance approves it in 2 to 4 weeks. The engagement then runs over a maximum of 10 months in 3 phases: data collection and footprint calculation (2 to 3 months), action plan (1 to 2 months), presentation to the executive committee and making use of the results (1 month). Bpifrance pays the €4,000 grant directly to the provider.
