3 schemes you can combine cover most measurement and strategy needs: Bpifrance's Diag Décarbon'Action for a first Bilan Carbone® (€6,000 excluding VAT payable), ADEME's ACT Pas à Pas for climate strategy (a 70 to 80% grant) and Bpifrance's Diag Éco-conception for product LCA (60 to 70%). For subsequent investments, these are supplemented by PACTE Industrie and DECARB FLASH for industrial sites, Bpifrance's Prêt Vert, energy savings certificates and regional funding.
