Companies with fewer than 500 employees, in all sectors, established in mainland France or overseas territories, demonstrating at least 1 year of activity. Associations and social and solidarity economy organisations fall within scope, without a turnover threshold. Micro-enterprises are eligible; organisations subject to the BEGES requirement and those that have carried out a GHG assessment in the past 5 years are excluded. Each SIREN can benefit from the programme only once, but group subsidiaries with distinct SIRENs can apply separately.
