Before submission, present the total footprint, the breakdown by scope and the 3 to 5 categories explaining 70 to 80% of the inventory to the executive committee, with associated reduction measures. A public healthcare establishment then updates its inventory every 3 years. An annual dashboard with named people responsible, indicators and quarterly milestones enables the plan to be monitored and the next inventory prepared, often completed in 3 to 4 months compared with 6 to 12 for the first.
