Bilan Carbone® quantifies emissions across scopes 1, 2 and 3 and provides the assessment foundation, which must precede the label to avoid greenwashing. Above 500 employees (250 overseas), BEGES is mandatory. For an SME, Bpifrance and ADEME’s Diag Décarbon'Action funds a full Bilan Carbone® and an action plan for around €6,000 remaining cost.
