The 13 uses entering RE2020 on 1 May 2026 (hotels, shops, restaurants, healthcare, industry, sport, universities…) also face their first tier, a 14 to 18% reduction depending on use, for example 680 kgCO2e/m² for a hotel or 670 for a shop.
