Because demand came from within: doctoral students and researchers were already organising awareness-raising workshops, and the CSR department chose to structure that energy into a shared approach. The figure was not an objective set at the start. Over the months, the circle grew to more than 70 people: researchers, technicians, administrative staff and doctoral students, each contributing at their own level. This ownership took Bilan Carbone® beyond the CSR department alone, making it a project teams identified with.
