Programme co-funded by Bpifrance and ADEME, launched in 2020. Open to companies with fewer than 500 employees (SMEs under the European definition and mid-sized companies), in all sectors. A €10,000 excl. VAT service subsidised at 40 %, leaving €6,000 excl. VAT to pay, for a Bilan Carbone® and action plan delivered by an approved expert: 12 days of work over a maximum of 10 months. Conditions: no GHG inventory carried out in the last 5 years, no BEGES obligation, at least 1 year of operation, company up to date with tax and social obligations. The consultant must be listed by Bpifrance. Do not confuse it with Diag Eco-conception, Diag Eco-Flux, Diag Énergie or Tremplin TPE (other Bpifrance/ADEME support covering different scopes).
