Full definition

An ETF combines a fund’s diversification with a share’s liquidity. Very low fees (typically 0.07-0.40 % per year). For climate, ‘Climate Paris Aligned’ versions (PAB) filter the base index through sector exclusions (coal, oil sands, controversial weapons) and a 1.5 °C pathway: -65 % carbon intensity versus conventional MSCI World, with almost equivalent diversification. European EU BMR regulation and SFDR Article 9.
