The training itself costs €1,450 to €1,800 excl. VAT per person, far less than an outsourced LCA (€15,000 to €20,000 excl. VAT). The real cost is the trained engineer's time, as they carry out the studies themselves: the route becomes worthwhile as soon as several LCAs are planned for a stable range, and the expertise stays in the company.
