The first month covers scoping and sending supplier questionnaires, months 2 to 4 cover collection, which is the critical path, and month 5 covers modelling and sensitivity analyses. A complete multi-indicator LCA takes 8 to 12 months instead. For a 2nd product with the same value chain, timeframes are roughly divided by 2. To be ready on time, the project must start no later than the second half of 2026.
