Since the Order of 4 August 2021, only FDES verified by an independent third party and submitted to the INIES database may be used in the Ic Construction calculation. For products with no usable individual or collective FDES, the calculation switches to default environmental data (DED), which include an increase of at least 30% and mechanically worsen the score.
