It depends on your objective. To understand without practising, the CIRAIG MOOC suffices. To manage or carry out an LCA, you need in-person or live training: a MOOC does not teach tool use or discussion of concrete cases. Ideally, take both in sequence, often at a lower total cost than a university course alone.
