The entry point is Bpifrance and ADEME’s Diag Décarbon'Action, which funds a first Bilan Carbone® and associated action plan for SMEs and mid-sized companies, with a remaining cost of at most €6,000 excl. VAT. Energy quick wins (LED lighting, thermal controls, insulation, heat pumps) often leave nothing to pay thanks to grants. For subsequent stages, other schemes can be combined, such as ADEME’s ACT Pas à Pas for climate strategy or regional grants. Purchasing, the largest footprint source, is mainly addressed with suppliers and costs little.
