The method will be the French environmental labelling method, developed in Ecobalyse based on the European PEF method: 16 impact categories normalised, weighted and aggregated into points, then divided by a durability coefficient, with possible additions such as the forest addition. In the current draft, the coefficient combines test-based physical durability and non-physical durability based on commercial practices, each between 0.5 and 1.5. Final parameters will depend on the proposal expected by the end of 2026.
