The Tertiary Decree requires a -40% change in energy consumption by 2030 for buildings larger than 1,000 m². Since the Omnibus I Directive, the CSRD only covers groups with more than 1,000 employees and €450 million in turnover. BEGES remains mandatory for companies with more than 500 employees. Public procurement incorporates an environmental criterion from August 2026.
