The RE2020 engine includes modules A (production + construction site), B1 to B4 (use in the building, including replacements), C (end of life) and D (benefits beyond the system). Energy consumption in use (B6) falls under the separately calculated Ic Énergie indicator, and modules B5 to B7 in declarations do not enter Ic Construction. A heat pump therefore contributes to the 2 indicators: manufacturing and refrigerant leaks in Ic Construction, electricity consumption in Ic Énergie.
