Technically yes, Ecobalyse is free and accessible. But it does not solve the underlying problem: collecting and making supplier data reliable accounts for 70% of the work. For a single product with already structured data, it is feasible internally. For a whole range without prepared data, it is better to use an expert consultancy for the initial scoring, then bring it in-house afterwards.
